Lives. There needs to be a penalty for death in your game. Otherwise, falling off an edge is meaningless since you just start over.

Sound would be nice as well, but not really essential.

Very nice

Very mellow in the beginning, and then picks up and becomes almost something completely different. But you make both styles blend so well together. Absolutely Wonderful.
